How to track a return

This page will guide you how to view tracking details for a return in Retailer Hub

How to track a return​

  1. Navigate to Manage Returns page in the left hand menu.
  2. Find the necessary order in the table or via the search fields.
  3. Click the required Return Id to open the Return Details page.
  4. The Return tracking details section provides all the available tracking information. track_return_1
  5. You can choose from two options to access more detailed tracking information:
    • Click the Returns Portal Tracking Page link from the Return Tracking Details section which will direct you towards your Returns Portal Tracking Page.

    • In the Return Shipping Details section of the same Return Details page click the Tracking ID link and you will be redirected towards the carrier's website for further tracking information track_return_3
