How to cancel a return

This page will guide you how to cancel a return in Retailer Hub.

How to cancel a return

If you require a refund for the return, please contact ZigZag support at support@zigzag.global

There are two available options to cancel a return

Cancel from Manage Returns table

  1. Navigate to Manage Returns page in the left hand menu.
  2. Find the necessary order in the table or via the search fields.
  3. Click the Status dropdown on the order line and select Cancelled. cancel_return
  4. The return is cancelled.

Cancel from Return Details page

  1. Navigate to Manage Returns page in the left hand menu.
  2. Find the necessary order in the table or via the search fields.
  3. Click the required Return Id to open the Return Details page.
  4. Click the Status dropdown.
  5. Select Cancelled.
  6. A pop-up window will appear prompting you to choose a cancellation reason.
  7. Select a reason from the dropdown.
  8. Click Yes, Cancel button.
  9. The return is cancelled. cancel_return_2
