Onboarding Wizard

Overview

The Onboarding Wizard provides a guided, step‑by‑step experience that helps you quickly set up your ZigZag environment by collecting the essential information needed to create a functional Retailer Hub and Returns Portal. Through a simple, structured flow, you can enter company details, configure warehouses, define returns and portal settings, and securely save your progress to complete the onboarding at your own pace before final submission.

The onboarding process consists of two main sections: Business Profile and Returns Portal. By setting up your Business Profile, you provide key information about your company and operations. The Returns Portal onboarding section allows you to set up how your returns experience will work for your customers.

You can do your onboarding in a language you choose from the dropdown with provided options displayed in the upper-right corner of the screen.

To start the onboarding process, click on the link provided to you by ZigZag Global and select the Start Onboarding button.
