This page explains how to download a returns label that can be forwarded to the end customer.

How to download a return label

1. Navigate to Manage Returns page in the left hand menu.
2. Find the necessary order in the table or via the search fields.
3. Click the required Return Id to open the Return Details page.
4. Click Download button
5. A PDF label will be downloaded
