Users Management

Overview​

Retailer Hub gives you full control over who can access the platform and what they can do. With the Users & Permissions Management feature, you can easily manage your team's access and roles - all from a single page.

Capabilities and available actions​

The Users & Permissions Management feature allows you to:

  • View and manage all users who have access to the Retailer Hub, Reporting Hub and Post-Purchase Experience modules
  • Filter and search through users to find specific team members quickly
  • Add new users and assign them roles and retailer-specific access
  • Edit existing users' roles, modules and permissions
  • Remove user permissions or delete users entirely

You can create permissions for Retailer Hub, Reporting Hub and Post-Purchase Experience modules only if your contract allows it.
