RMS mappings ensure that every return is routed through the correct workflows for each retailer, enabling accurate consolidation, processing, and reporting. Through the Mapping section, you can view, sync and edit consolidation mappings to keep warehouse operations aligned with your requirements. This helps maintain smooth returns processing, prevents routing errors, and ensures that each retailer’s returns follow the right operational path - keeping both partners and warehouse teams fully in sync.
