Overview

RMS provides functionality based on two primary user roles: Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Worker. Each role supports different responsibilities within the warehouse.

Warehouse Workers perform the day-to-day operational tasks required to process returns and manage items within the warehouse. This includes identifying parcels, handling products, managing manifests, creating labels, and completing customs processing.

Warehouse Managers have access to the same operational functionality as Warehouse Workers, with additional capabilities to support oversight and system management. This includes access to reporting, system settings, and user management.
