Overview

RMS Warehouse Positions feature helps streamline the flow of returned parcels by defining exactly where each retailer’s items should be routed within or between warehouses. Through the Settings > Warehouse Positions section, you can view, create, and manage these positions, ensuring parcels are automatically directed to the correct destination based on the receiving warehouse, retailer, and routing rules. This structured setup improves accuracy, reduces manual handling, and supports a more efficient, reliable returns process.
