RMS reporting provides you with powerful, flexible tools to extract insights and maintain transparency across your returns operations. Using the built‑in Report Manager, you can generate tailored reports for Parcels, Manifests, and Master Manifests by applying filters such as status, date ranges, company, and other operational criteria, ensuring that you receive only the data most relevant to your workflows. Reports can be downloaded in multiple formats and are produced in the background, allowing uninterrupted work.
Enhanced features - such as expanded manifest and parcel status reporting, automated or scheduled report delivery, and optional secure SFTP transfer - further streamline data access and reduce manual effort.
