Overview

RMS notifiers are automated, configurable alerts that keep your systems updated in real time whenever key parcel or manifest events occur. By securely transmitting status updates - such as when a parcel is received, consolidated, or when a manifest is closed - RMS notifiers ensure seamless communication between RMS and connected platforms like CDEx or ZigZag Core. This helps retailers maintain accurate, up‑to‑date operational data, reduce manual intervention, and streamline inbound processing.
