Printers DPI

Overview

RMS supports multiple printer models by allowing warehouses to easily configure the appropriate Dots Per Inch (DPI) resolution for each device, ensuring labels are printed with optimal clarity and accuracy. Through the Printers DPI settings page, you can view the registered printer models in their environment and assign the correct resolution - 203, 300, or 600 DPI - directly from a simple dropdown. This flexibility helps maintain consistent label quality across different hardware and reduces the need for engineering changes when new printers are introduced.
