Manifests

Overview

In RMS, a manifest groups together multiple return parcels that are being shipped or processed. It acts as a consolidated container of parcel data, enabling warehouses, carriers, and retailers to manage bulk movements efficiently. You can view, filter, and update manifests through the Manifests pages, where each manifest includes parcel details, status updates (such as Despatched or Delivered), and any carrier-related information. Manifests support operational workflows such as consolidation and shipping, and RMS enhances this process with features like carrier service assignment, manifest status validation, automatic notifications, and clear identification via Manifest IDs.
