With the new Branding Controls, you can now customise your Returns Portal with your own logo, favicon, and login background image - ensuring a seamless brand experience for your customers.
We have also added a direct Returns Management System (RMS) menu entry, so if you have access to RMS, you can open it directly from Retailer Hub without needing a separate link or bookmark.

Manage Returns & Notes

With this release, Retailer Hub introduces a redesigned Manage Returns view and new ways to collaborate with your teams through Notes Management.

Returns are now displayed at the return level instead of by product item level, making it easier to track and manage customer requests. We have also expanded searches and filters for faster navigation and updated our roles and permissions with clearer naming and functionality.

On top of that, we have added an Exchange Product column in returned product details and improved validations when creating returns manually.

• 🆕 Redesigned Manage Returns View: Returns are now listed at the return level, giving you a clearer and more organised view of customer requests
• 🆕 Enhanced Search and Filters: Search by Order ID, Customer Email, or External Reference. New filters include Retailer, Status, Label, Country, and Carrier Name
• 🆕 Notes Management: Add, edit, and delete notes directly at the return level for better team collaboration. Customer notes will continue to appear in the tracking details table
• 🆕 Update Roles and Permissions: Roles now have clearer names:
  • Viewer: Read-only access

Users Management

With this release, Retailer Hub now supports full user management. You can view, manage and control who has access to the platform and what they are allowed to do.

The new Users Management page provides:

• A table listing all users with access to your Retailer Hub account
• The ability to add, edit, filter and remove user access
• Role-based permissions to define what each user can do

Currently, we support three roles:

• CS Agent - Can view but cannot change anything
• Retailer - Can manage returns but not users accesses
• Admin - Can manage returns and users accesses

As the product evolves, we plan to expand available roles and permissions to give you even more control and flexibility.

  • 🆕 Filter & Search - Quickly find users by name, email or role using intuitive filters

🚀 Summary​

Security is a top priority, and with this release we have taken a major step forward by introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). From now on, when logging in with your email and password, you will also be required to enter a verification code sent to your email. This additional step helps protect your account.

Features:

• 🆕 Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Every login attempt using email and password will now trigger a one-time code sent to your registered email address. This must be entered to complete the login process, adding a second layer of security.

📘 How it Works

The MFA process is seamless and quick:

1. Enter your email and password as usual
2. Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code
3. Enter the code to complete your login

If you do not receive your code, there is an option to resend it. If the issue persists, please contact support through the "Open a Ticket" feature.
