Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an extra layer of security to better protect your account and data, by requiring you to enter a code sent to you by email every time you log in. MFA is mandatory for all user accounts.
How MFA works
- Enter your email and password on the login page
- A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email address
- Enter the code on the login screen to complete the login process
- Did not receive the email? Click "Send new code" to send it again
- This process ensures that only authorised users with access to the registered email can log in.
Why is this mandatory?
Security is a top priority for us. Passwords alone are no longer enough to protect sensitive data. By requiring Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), we are adding a critical second layer of protection - one that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
