Users Management

With this release, Retailer Hub now supports full user management. You can view, manage and control who has access to the platform and what they are allowed to do.

The new Users Management page provides:

  • A table listing all users with access to your Retailer Hub account
  • The ability to add, edit, filter and remove user access
  • Role-based permissions to define what each user can do

Currently, we support three roles:

  • CS Agent - Can view but cannot change anything
  • Retailer - Can manage returns but not users accesses
  • Admin - Can manage returns and users accesses

As the product evolves, we plan to expand available roles and permissions to give you even more control and flexibility.

Features:

  • ๐Ÿ†• Users Management Page - Access a complete list of team members who currently have access to Retailer Hub, along with their roles and permissions
    • ๐Ÿ†• Filter & Search - Quickly find users by name, email or role using intuitive filters
    • ๐Ÿ†• Add & Edit Users - Easily create new user accounts or update existing ones with the appropriate role
    • ๐Ÿ†• Remove Access - Remove users who no longer need access, directly from the table

  • At this time, only users with the Admin role can manage other users
  • We are actively working on enhancements, including:
    • More granular permissions, as the product evolves
    • Audit logs for user activity
