🚀 Summary​

This release brings two of the most requested features to Retailer Hub - Bulk User Upload and Data Export - along with several useful updates that make managing returns and international shipping smoother.

You can now add multiple users at once by uploading a simple CSV or Excel file, export your returns data for deeper analysis, quickly identify missing product information for international shipments, and get more visibility across returns with new columns and filters.

Features:

  • 🆕 Bulk User Upload: Add multiple users at once by importing a CSV or Excel file. We provide ready-to-use templates to make the setup quick and error-free.
  • 🆕 Data Export: The feature you've been waiting for! Download return data across several export types — including Returns in Transit, Returns Requested, Refund to Gift Card, and more.
  • 🆕 Product Specification Check: On the Product Details page, instantly see which product specifications are missing to properly handle international shipments.
  • 🆕 Manifest Number Visibility: Each returns product now displays its manifest number, giving you better tracking of logistics operations.
  • 🆕 Carrier Service Filter: Easily filter returns by carrier service from the Manage Returns page to focus on specific carriers or shipping methods.
  • 🆕 Notes Column: A new Notes column has been added to the Manage Returns table so you can see at a glance if a return has any associated notes — whether internal or from the customer.
