Manage Returns & Notes
With this release, Retailer Hub introduces a redesigned Manage Returns view and new ways to collaborate with your teams through Notes Management.
Returns are now displayed at the return level instead of by product item level, making it easier to track and manage customer requests. We have also expanded searches and filters for faster navigation and updated our roles and permissions with clearer naming and functionality.
On top of that, we have added an Exchange Product column in returned product details and improved validations when creating returns manually.

Features:
- ๐ Redesigned Manage Returns View: Returns are now listed at the return level, giving you a clearer and more organised view of customer requests
- ๐ Enhanced Search and Filters: Search by Order ID, Customer Email, or External Reference. New filters include Retailer, Status, Label, Country, and Carrier Name
- ๐ Notes Management: Add, edit, and delete notes directly at the return level for better team collaboration. Customer notes will continue to appear in the tracking details table
- ๐ Update Roles and Permissions: Roles now have clearer names:
- Viewer: Read-only access
- Agent: Can manage returns
- Manager: Can manage returns and user access
Improvements:
- ๐ง Exchange Product Column: Added to the returned product details table for better visibility of exchange items
- ๐ง Field Validations: Increased characters validations for address and product title when creating a manual return
๐ How it Works
You will find the redesigned Manage Returns page in the navigation menu:
- Use the search and filter bar to quickly find specific returns
- Open any return to view details, add notes and consult the exchange product column
๐ Notes
- Notes Management is designed for internal team use - customer notes remain in the customer-facing return tracking details
- Only users with the Manager role can manage roles and permissions
