This release brings new visibility and usability improvements across multiple areas of Retailer Hub.
You will now see consolidation details when returns are consolidated, more granular product-level actions and information, and new filters and searches to help you find what you need faster.
We have also added access to the Status page directly from Retailer Hub, made permissions management more flexible, and introduced several UI and performance improvements to make your daily operations smoother.

Features:
- ๐ Consolidation Table: When a return is consolidated, you will now see a dedicated Consolidation Table showing which items were grouped together and their related details
- ๐ Returned Product Details Enhancements:
- View and Change Actions: See the action defined for each product and update it when necessary
- View Product Grade: Check the condition grade for every returned item
- Customer Notes: Read notes left by customers directly in the returns portal, now visible per product
- ๐ Manage Returns:
- Date Filter: Filter returns by date range to focus on specific time periods
- Tracking ID Search: Search returns by tracking ID
- ๐ Status Page Access: You can now access the Retailer Hub Status page directly from the platform menu to check system health and uptime information
Improvements:
- ๐ง Improved Loading Feedback on the Manage Returns: Clearer messages when a query takes longer to load or fails to retrieve data
- ๐ง Product Details Page: Product SKU and country of origin now display correctly
- ๐ง Manual Return Creation: Improved field validation to ensure cleaner data entry and fewer submission errors
