User roles and permissions

Overview​

Retailer Hub enables you to efficiently manage user access by organising them into three distinct permission roles.

  • Viewer - Read-only access to return data. Viewers have no visibility of any cost related data!
  • Agent - Can perform actions within the Manage Returns page (e.g. change status, create returns)
  • Manager - Full access - can perform all actions and also manage users and permissions
  • Assets Manager - Read-only access to return data including label prices and Theme Manager page (Viewer role cannot see label prices and Theme Manager page)
