Edit user roles and permissions

Overview​

The Users & Permissions Management feature of Retailer Hub gives you full control over the access and roles of the platform users.

This page will guide you through the process of editing user's properties and permissions.

How to update a user's access​

  1. Click the edit icon next to the corresponding user

  1. Update the necessary properties:
    • Add a new permission - click "New permission"
    • Change a role - click the "Role" dropdown
    • Remove a permission - click "Delete permission"

A user must always have at least one permission to save changes.
