How to view a Parcel List report
Overview
The Parcel List report provides an exportable view of all parcels that match your selected filters, giving warehouse teams, carriers, and retailers clear visibility into parcel‑level activity across the returns process. From the Parcels page, you can filter by attributes such as status, status date, company, destination warehouse, and tracking ID, then download the resulting dataset in CSV or XLSX format. This report allows your team to quickly analyse parcel flow, identify bottlenecks, verify processing accuracy, and support downstream workflows by presenting essential parcel data in a clean, structured, and ready‑to‑use format.
