This page page provides details of the timeline for creating and sending notifications and possible errors (to your Zendesk, Gorgias or Easiware application).

Building the ticket

Drafted The ticket notification has been built by Shipup.

Canceled
The ticket has been created but not sent due to a specific Liquid condition blocking sending (desired behavior and can be modified if necessary).

Error building
We encountered an error while building the ticket notification because of one main reason:

  • No app found
    We tried to create a Zendesk, Gorgias or Easiware ticket but the application has been uninstalled in Shipup (or the login/password is no longer up to date).

The ticket notification has been built and we are attempting to send it

Dispatched The ticket has been dispatched to Zendesk, Gorgias, or Easiware.

Error dispatching
There was an error while dispatching the ticket:

  • Provider unavailable
    Zendesk, Gorgias or Easiware APIs are not available
  • App unauthorized
    the API key generated by Zendesk, Gorgias, or Easiware is invalid
  • Ticket creation conflict
    error while creating the ticket
  • Ticket creation unauthorized
    error while creating the ticket
