Store collection notifications

Overview

With Store collection Notifications, you can now send precise, real-time updates to your shoppers for in-store pickup orders. No more delayed or unclear messages - shoppers know exactly when their order is ready and when it has been collected.

This feature helps you send notifications at the right time. Thus resulting in a smoother post-purchase experience, fewer WISMO tickets, and better customer experience.

  • Accurate and instant notifications - Choose to send the “Package Collected” notification immediately or after a custom delay.
  • Dedicated C&C (Click & Collect) templates - Click & Collect notifications now have their own section in the editor, easier setup, more control.

How to set up Click & Collect Orders

Setup remains the same as for standard C&C orders. See documentation here

You are already using Untracked Packages

If you are already using Untracked Packages for Click & Collect , you will be automatically migrated to the new flow, no action required. If you plan to use the Untracked flow for another case, simply update the carrier name sent to ZigZag:
from store_process → to in_store_collection

You are not using Untracked Packages

Send in_store_collection as the carrier name to identify Click & Collect orders correctly.

Add store information

Send us your CSV file with:

  • Store name
  • Address
  • Opening hours
  • Pickup code (optional) You can update it anytime by sending us a new version.
