Filter Carrier Notifications
Overview
The Filter carrier notifications feature allows you to filter certain notifications sent by carriers, thus avoiding sending duplicate delivery information.
FAQ
- The notification filter is active, but it shows "0 notifications received" in the last 30 days. Why? There are two possible reasons for this:
- The carrier did not send any of these notifications during the specified period.
- There is an error in the email tokenization. Here is the technical documentation to check.
We use a notification with the carrier that does not appear in the filter. What should we do? Simply send us examples (screenshots) of these notifications to support@zigzag.global.
