Why the SMS notification was not sent?
Notifications can be sent by SMS for an added cost.
If you see that SMS messages are not being sent because the number is invalid, you can check in the order data whether you have sent us the number correctly.
If you have given us the number, but we still have not been able to send an SMS, it may be because of the international prefix. If you do not use the prefix (+33, +44, etc.), ZigZag will assume that it corresponds to the country of delivery. In other words:
- For an order sent to France with a French number, ZigZag will use the prefix +33.
- For an order sent to England with a French number, ZigZag will use the +44 prefix.
Tip
If you are shipping internationally, using the prefix is the safest option!
