Why was a notification sent in the wrong language?
To determine which language to use in notifications, we:
- First, we will look at the order language (languageCode field).
- If no information is available, we will analyse the country of delivery.
- If this option is not available, we use the language defined as "default" in your settings.
If a customer receives a notification in the wrong language, you can check the above information in the order data.
