Why was a notification sent in the wrong language?

To determine which language to use in notifications, we:

  1. First, we will look at the order language (languageCode field).
  2. If no information is available, we will analyse the country of delivery.
  3. If this option is not available, we use the language defined as "default" in your settings.

If a customer receives a notification in the wrong language, you can check the above information in the order data.
