How can customers stop receiving WhatsApp notifications?

There are two options for customers to stop receiving communication in WhatsApp:

  • By sending a pre-written message via WhatsApp when receiving an unwanted message. whatsapp_integration_7
  • By checking the Block messages from unknown accounts option in the WhatsApp account settings.

If your customer has opted-out one of these options, we will use the fallback channel to send the notification.
