This release brings several improvements to customer communication and delivery visibility, including AI-assisted translation, Proof of Delivery access, and improved return notification capabilities.

✨ What is New​

Features:

  • 🆕 AI Translation Manager: Users can now translate all notifications in a category, or translate a single notification, directly from the Translation Manager.
  • 🆕 Proof of Delivery: Delivery proof is now accessible in ZigZag Post Purchase for eligible carriers, helping teams retrieve POD information without switching systems.
  • 🆕 Return notification enhancements: Return notifications now include improved naming, better categorisation, and additional variables, including the ability to include a return label link.
  • 🆕 Manual email resend: Users can resend email notifications manually from ZigZag Post Purchase, either to the original recipient or to a new email address.

Improvements:

🔧 Clearer return communication setup: Return-specific notifications are easier to manage and align better with return journeys.
