I have created my application successfully, but I do not see any imported orders.

ZigZag will only import your packages once per hour. You can speed up the synchronisation if you click on Manual sync on the BigCommerce widget in your Integrations tab.

Make sure you have provided read-only rights on 'Orders' and 'Products' when creating your API token.

I see my packages appear in ZigZag, but they are not linked to any carrier.

If the orders you are referring to are already being shipped, you need to ensure that you have already matched your carrier service to ZigZag.

Also, make sure that the shipped order is associated with a tracking number.

What data is ZigZag able to retrieve from BigCommerce?

ZigZag is able to retrieve all data related to your orders and products, including all shipping events, customer information, and item images. ZigZag can only read and display this data. ZigZag cannot make any changes to it.
