Commercetools

To connect your Commercetools account to ZigZag, you will need to provide some information. Here is where to find it:

Where to find my Project Key?
You can find your Project Key by:

  1. Click the dropdown menu on the top right
  2. Choose "Manage Projects"
  3. Filter the correct organisation if necessary
  4. Locate the Project Key on the target project line in the second "Key" column

Where to find my Client ID?
You can find your Client ID by:

  1. Click "Settings" then "Developer Settings"
  2. Choose "Create new API client" then "Admin client"
  3. Click "Create API client"
  4. Give a name to this API access
  5. The Client ID is ready to be copied using the CTA under client_id

Where to find my Client Secret?

  • You can find your Client Secret by following the same steps as for finding your Client ID
  • The Client Secret is ready to be copied using the CTA under secret

Where to find my Store ID (not required)
You can find your Store ID by:

  • Clicking on "Settings" then "Project settings"
  • Locating the Store ID in the "Store key" column

If you have multiple stores on the same Commercetools account, you will need to create separate apps on ZigZag for each of them. By default, if you leave the Store ID blank, all your orders will be pushed to ZigZag

Where to find API URL?

  • You can find your API URL by following the same steps as for finding your Client ID
  • The API URL is ready to be copied using the CTA under API URL
